Risk Based Internal Audit

At Outright, we perform risk based internal audits by identifying key areas of risk. Our audits are designed after gaining a deep understanding of your business as processes as is. We maximize opportunities from data analytics techniques to identify anomalies, omissions, duplications, errors and other insights from data sets and we focus on the root causes of the issues than the issue itself.

Our audits have three phases: Planning; Fieldwork; and Reporting. We meticulously assess the internal control environment while our fieldwork and benchmark with the control frameworks. Our audits are done in accordance with the standards laid by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
